Galerie Lelong & Co. is pleased to announce JANUS, a solo exhibition by Jaume Plensa organized by Fondazione Berengo, on view at Chiesa di San Gallo, Venice, Italy through September 30, 2024.
Curated by Adriano Berengo, the exhibition draws inspiration from the double-faced Roman god for a site-specific installation featuring new works in alabaster and glass that transforms the 15th century interiors of the Chiesa di San Gallo. Plensa envisions the exhibition as a space of solace, a place that can foster "long-awaited harmony and peace."
